Paul's Story
School
After High School, I went into the Air Force as a security policeman for about 7 1/2 years. I was stationed in North Dakota, Italy and then Albuquerque, New Mexico. I changed jobs within the Air Force and became an intelligence analyst for the next 16 1/2 years. I went to Japan for six years, Nebraska, Korea and back to Nebraska where I retired. Northrop Grumman hired me and I worked for them for 2 1/2 years working on UNIX-based computer systems. In December 2002, the government hired me as an intelligence analyst at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska in the technology section. That pretty much sums up my work history since high school. in Education and an Associates from the Community College of the Air Force in Intelligence Imagery and Analysis. I am currently five classes short of a Computer Networking degree from Metropolitan College in Omaha, Nebraska (not in a hurry!)
I married Barbara Welk from Albuquerque, New Mexico on 28 April 1984. We have three girls (Jenifer 20, Rachael 18, and Naomi 10). We recently had the terrible experience of putting the family dog to sleep. Daisy was a 136-pound Great Pyrenees who happened to be one of the gentlest dogs I have ever known. She was a true friend. She had bone cancer in her front leg and it was to late to do anything to help her. Well this is a short bio and I hope it is not too boring.
