Jessica's Story
After high school, I worked and bummed around Davis/Durand for a few years, and was dating the same person from senior year until 2002. After we split up I had about a year of single craziness until I fell in love with my now-husband. We were friends first and then realized it was so much more. We dated a little less than a year when we got married, on September 25th, 2004. He had joined the US Army earlier that year ...Expand for more
and a week after our wedding he left for Germany. I joined him about 6 weeks later. We spent 3 years there(a year of it he spent in Afghanistan). Last year he was accepted to join a Special Operations regiment and we returned to the US. Now we are living in Savannah, Georgia where we bought our first house. Because of the military, my husband Kyle travels a lot, but I wouldn't trade our life for anything in the world.
