Leah's Story
Life
Things have changed since I last updated this. I have 2 kiddos now! I had a little boy in May and my daughter will be 3 in August. Im still married to my husband and we still live in the Dallas area. I was a fulltime medical assistant/phlebotomist, but I decided to stay at home with the kiddos, instead of going back to work. Im 100% thrilled about that, b/c its what Ive always wanted to do.
Military

2. I went on two WestPacs and visited places such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, UAE, Australia, Bahrain, Bali, Jordan, etc. I was a signalman, one of the oldest rates in the Navy, but now technology has taken over. SM's did communication b/w ships using flashing light (morse code), semaphore and flags. It was old fashion, yes, but it got the messages sent to other ships. Anyways, that's what I did while in the Navy. It was a great experience and I learned alot, I just didnt want to do it more than the 4 years.
