Sarah's Story
After a year at UGA and another year at Citizens & Southern Bank as a secretary, I married, moved to Miami, and became a secretary at Miami Beach Federal Savings and Loan.
Six years later we moved to St. Croix, V.I., to do volunteer missionary service. Again, I became secretary, this time to a famous radio announcer who built a beautiful hotel there. Five years went by quickly and a daughter was born. "New mother" anxieties drew us back to Miami, a...Expand for more
nd then to Hapeville, to fulfill the needs and longings of grandparents. In six years, another daughter was born,
completing our family.
In 2004, my husband wrote "The Trapped Opossum" with a little input from me. It is on Amazon.com, along with another more recent book, "The House of Diamonds." The photo is of a book signing in 2005. We still look the same.
May 2010 will be our 58th Wedding Anniversary! Our life continues to be a happy adventure.
