Carolynn's Story

College I made my best friends of my life at Trinity. Some of them I keep in touch with but others have slipped out of my life. I have never been good at writing letters, but I still feel close to everyone I knew there! I left Trinity and transferred to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where I finished my degree in 1986: a BA in English and Journalism. God has been *so* good to me and I landed a job as a reporter just a few months out of school. That was at a time when jobs were hard to come by... ...Expand for more
any jobs, but esp. anything in the liberal arts areas. I worked for 5 years at the Twin Cities Christian newspaper, responsible for writing, photography, and page layout and design. It was a wonderful experience!! I met my husband to be in 1991 and we were married in December of 1992. I went back to school for my teaching license at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. We have two children, both boys, born in March, 1997 and November, 1999. Though I taught for awhile, I am now a stay at home mom.
