Jennifer's Story

Life Currently, I am a high school special education teacher in the Federal Way School District where I have been employed for the past 12 years. I currently run a program for high school students with autism. I have been married for 16 years and I have a beautiful daughter who turned eight in March and is in the 2nd grad...Expand for more
e. I have a three year old son who was diagnosed with autism a year ago. He goes to a special school and with therapy, we see that he is making improvements. Before that I tried to stay in school as long as possible. I graduated from the UW in 1990 and from SPU in 1993. I recived my M.Ed. from Lesley University in 1996.
