Michael's Story
During high school I had joined the Marine Corps. Three days after graduation I had left for boot camp.
After 4 years in the Marines, I didn't reenlist. I left and headed to Minnesota where my parents had moved while I was in high school.
Early winter of '78 I left Minnesota and headed to a college I had picked out in Texas.
I started college and worked as a draftsman. I stayed in Texas for 6 years. I started traveling taking assignments as a independent contract designer.
I was tired of cubicle life and went back to school to get my aircraft mechanics license. There...Expand for more
's not much money there, so I continued to work in the engineering field.
Finally, I decided to try something in the medical field. I went back to school and received my radiographer degree. I still work as a x-ray technician.
One of my passions is motorcycles. I started a motorcycle towing business here in Altamonte Springs Florida (north side of Orlando).
I've been single for the last 30+ years, no children and I'm happy with the decisions and forks in the road that I've taken.
I hope everyone is happy with their life and the path they have chosen.
