Dee Dee Joan's Story
I live down town now in a high rise apartment. In the summer I see the tops of the tree, and I think city hall, and the court house- things like that. It is kind of pretty from up here in the penthouse. County housing is not to bad, for one person. I am poor so the rent is not to steep. Since my back, neck and spin is bad, and I can not do much other then ride my bike--. I edit my poems, and take my bike ride; before, I take my medication. After I take my medication I am really dizzy and can¿t think.
Anyway, I am working on my poems that I wrote in 2006. You see in 2006 I wrote a poem a day +.
The + means that some days I wrote many poems. I did miss a few days. You know what.
My computer crashed and would not start again last year. I bought a new computer at Fry's. ...Expand for more
I am editing my poems right now. The first three months has between 150 to 200 pages of poems. That is before I place each poem on its own page. The last six months is the same- 297 pages. Monica thanks for getting me to write those rhyming poems when I was in high school.
I have written poems on Astronomy, living in general, nice days and hurt feelings. I wrote poems about my garden. I wrote poems on riding my bicycle. When I wrote a poem a day it was on everything I could find to write on.
I¿m planning on writing a poem a day for a longer period next- say form two year to ten year. I don¿t know. Let's see- I have a warranty on my computer for 5 years so maybe for five years. Maybe I¿ll only write a poem a day for five years. I don¿t know. All my poems rhyme.
