David's Story
Life
I live in Spokane and work for a mortgage company. Funny I sucked in math all thru HS and now look. I have been married to my wife Stacey for 11 yrs now. I left Clallam in early 94 for the Air Force. I needed something to make sure I would leave so that I wouldnt get stuck not seeing or exploring somewhere new.
When I got out of the military 3 months before 9/11 (phew) I managed Health clubs, 24 Hour Fitness to be exact. I worked for them here in Spokane and then Seattle for a few years. We moved back to Spokane so Stacey and the kids could be closer to her family. Mine is all gone, Grandma and Grandpa passed so thats fine with me. We own a home here, the kids are great in school and Tory played tackle football this fall.

Okay, so that was a while ago. Here's some new news for the Warnocks. Stacey is wrapping up Cosmetology school in June. She's already got some offers from Salons to work for them. She is a fabulous hair stylist, been doing it for friends and fam for 15 yrs so I figured why not send her to school and get her paid for it.

I wanted to coach his team so I said why not. Well it was 1st & 2nd grade boys so I was a little worried but I think I lucked out and got the cream of the crop. Out of 10 boys I had 7 that were real ballers. Tory played down low since he was the tallest kid on the team. We went 8-0 and won all our games by at least 20 points. Our 1st game out we won 50-10. I know, it's about having fun and learning but I wanted to teach the kids that winning is a good thing and it's a habit that can be created just like losing is.
My 2 girls were cheerleaders for the same program and they were fantastic. Such little cuties and it almost breaks my heart to watch em grow up.
I'm still at the mortgage company and dont plan on leaving that profession ever since I dont have any legal way of making such good money available. I did except a part time position with the USPS as a Rural Carrier Associate. It's just an oncall spot and mostly Saturdays but I did it since I have preference cause of being a vet and The wage is good as well as the benefits.
