Valerie's Story
Living in Bradenton FL. Any of you that remember my mother might be interested to know that at 91 she still works in architecture, occasionally anyway. She now lives with me in our tiny 1926 cottage.
Recently I have changed jobs and I'm now working at GWIZ-the Science Center located in Sarasota. I'm in the Education Department. At Valley people thought I'd teach Art in outer Mongolia. No kids but too many cats. Single but involved with a very nice guy.
I listen to PBS radio, attend classical concerts, kayak, take lots of walks on the best beach in the USA, Siesta Key! John & I spend most clear nights (& some really early mornings!) looking at the planets & stars through telescopes.
I finally got together with Pixi and we a a great chat! Sorry to have missed the Valley reunion but my work schedule just didn't allow the time. Anyone coming to FL ( I'm 2+ hours from Orlando, south of Tampa Bay ) give me a call.
