Raymond's Story
Life
For a decade or so, I played the L.A./Hollywood music scene at night, and worked as a legal assistant and business manager for a firm in Brentwood for my day gig. Then I grew up a little, got my B.A. in English (UCLA), moved to Florida and got my M.Div. (RTS). Still haven't cut my hair, but I don't dress like Robin Hood anymore (except on Halloween).
Now I'm the director of curriculum for a ministry that is creating, publishing and distributing a multimedia seminary curriculum in fi...Expand for more
ve languages (see thirdmill.org for details). Primarily, I plan the curriculum, write scripts, storyboard videos, and edit and create content for several websites.
I'm also working on my second study Bible project. The first was the NIV Spirit of the Reformation Study Bible (Zondervan, 2003), of which I was associate general editor. Currently, I'm a contributor to the forthcoming Discover God Study Bible that will be published by Tyndale.
I'm married with four kids (ages 7, 5, 3 & 1).
