Melissa's Story
i was (and still am) a hippie type tree-hugger, played flute in the band, later took up guitar and played music in coffeehouses in the boston area. moved to california, got married, had 3 kids, and now grandkids as well. to make matters even more strange, i, who genuinely hated school, went to college and became a nurse, and have worked as a psychiatric RN for 23 years. ok, i know, i'm in the right place....psycho nurse. i still sing at...Expand for more
weddings and such, grow my own veggies, make homemade breads and jelly, and like to travel as well. i miss alot of my old friends from albany, and hope some of you will respond to this thing. especially my friends from band, albany & westover, we should really have a band reunion, don't you think?
I always wanted to be a ballet dancer when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a crazy idea. As it turns out, they were right.
