Erin's Story
Life
I met my husband shortly after moving to the Utica area. We have been together for a total of 12 years now. We bought a cute little house in the suburbs and are in the process of remodeling the inside.
School
The thing that I reget the most is not taking additional French classes and not sticking with one instrument in band. There are alot of other thing that happen throughout high school that I could say that I would like to change, but if they changed, I would not be where I am, and the person that I am today.
Workplace
You could say my life has taken many turns. I started working at Lexington Developmental Center shortly after high school. I had a couple of rocky years and moved out to Utica area. At that time I started working at a local nursing home as a Certified Nurses Aide. I must admit that death is not my strong suit. dled foreign accounts such as Belgium, Brussels, Liechtenstien, Luxinburg, all the Canadian banks and the UN Joint Staff Pension Fund. After a handful of years I decieded to try my hand at something different. So.. I went into Law. I became a Paralegal. I worked that field for some years and quite enjoyed the law but unfortunatly, did not enjoy the attorneys. So, I decided to help people in a different way and went back into a medical field/business office setting, which I enjoyed but there was yet another change around the corner, as a Corrections Officer. I loved the comradory with all the other Deputies, but the hours were horrible. I was never home and never able to see my family. So.... yep, another change. I am currently working as an Accounts Payable/Human Resource personnel at the 4th largest chemical plating company in the world. Quite a variety of jobs but I love the challange and the changes.
