Diane's Story
In August of 1975 I married Joe Stastny. The following year we had a daughter, followed by 2 more daughters.
We built our house in 1978 and are still living there.
Over the past 37 years we have had many blessings. We now have 6 grandchildren. Three boys, and 3 girls.
I am almost retired from daycare. I currently watch my 3 youngest grandchildren. I enjoy going fishing with Joe. We go red fishing almost every weekend in the summer, and sometimes we do a little floundering.
I work in my garden and usually give my over abundance of veggies to my fr...Expand for more

I help Joe with our cattle and love taking care of orphaned calves.
For my down time I sew quilt tops and I like to quilt by hand. I have many orders for my quilts. This I enjoy very much.
I run into some of you in town. I keep up with Jan through letters.
Three of my grandchildren attend Nazareth. Joe and I enjoy helping with their turkey dinner. For the past 4 years we have worked in the plates to go.
We belong to our local volunteer fire department, and help with their fundraiser.
We have a wonderful family and have great fun together.
