Life WOW!!! life after high school..there is sooo much to tell.. While i was a senior at AC JONES, in '94, my mother and I decided to move and take my two sons, Cody and Christopher (who were 2 yrs old and 9mos at the time) to be closer to her family in Lubbock Tx. My twin sister Brenda Cortez stayed to graduate in Beeville. I went to school at Lubbock High as a senior and was taking the job program, where you work half the day and go to school half the day. I had to make a living for myself and the boys starting out as a waitress at a local restaurant. Here, i met a guy who i dated for the next 8 yrs. Right after graduation, I got a job doing something that would annoy everyone (not purposely, trust me). I did telemarketing for West Teleservices for 6 months and then became an Operations Team Leader where I managed there for another 2yrs. About this time, i had another son that we named Jonathan Caleb. I then took a job at Cingular Wireless as a Customer Service Rep because of the higher pay. Stayed there for 2 1/2 yrs and was then offered a job at Chasecom managing outbound sales for SBC.
