Hannah's Story

Life I moved back to the Chicago-area in January, where my husband (haha, that's so strange to say!),Thayne, is a professor downtown. We met while at Penn State, and I couldn't imagine life without him! We have taken in two rescued pets at this point, a black cat and a white dove (neither of which I ever thought I would have!!). When Thayne and I were out on a walk in mid/late-May (a little under a week from our wedding!!) this pure white bird just came out of nowhere and landed on me! Needless to say, we felt bad for it ...Expand for more
and knew it wouldn't meet too kind of an end out in the wild - so we brought him in, and he has been doing great ever since! Our black cat became a member of our family after befriending us right before we were set to move. He traveled over 3000 miles with us over the holidays, and has made the adjustment to living inside, and being in a new house, very well! College WE ARE..........PENN STATE!! Workplace I am ready to retire and assume a life of leisure :) Military Thanks to all the troops for their service!
