Stacey's Story
Ryan Alsup and I got married in April of 2001. We migrated from Oregon State University, where Ryan was recruited in 2002 to work for RCI Construction as a Civil Engineer, to Tigard, OR where we spent about 6 years. In 2003, we had a little girl, Sadie Brynn, and in December 2007 we had our second child, Bryson Douglas. We are expecting our 3rd (and final) child in October 2009. er 2008 we packed up and moved so that he could be a part of the long awaited Byway Project for the next 3-5 years. I'm finding that I became quite city-fied living in the Portland metro area for so long, so this country living thing has been quite an adjustment! I am finding that I miss things like street lights, 24 hour pharmacies, my car staying clean, excellent restaurants & shopping and good service! The winter consisted of shoveling snow and hauling firewood! *Sigh*
