Carla's Story

Life I am a single mother of two grown daughters and three grandsons. I am a 40-year federal worker at an Air Force base. I love animals and have two cats and one dog. I am a foster parent for cats and kittens at the Humane Society of Greater Dayton. It has been a long rough road but I am finally pretty happy with my life. nd updating software, rebuilding and maintaining hardware. I also installed and performed troubleshooting of internet cabling. But thanks to BRAC the agency was closed. So I switched careers and now I work in financial management for the Air Force. It was a big change but I love working for the Air Force and alongside the military. They are super people to work with. I am looking forward to retiring in a couple years.
