Karen's Story
Life
In Jan of 99 I married Corey Truelove by Nov 99 we had our 1st child, Elijah who is now 8 years old. 22 months after his birth we had our second son, Kyle who is now 6 years old . (he was the day after 9/11) Right after his birth we moved to Pensacola FL, where we birthed our 3rd baby our first girl McKenzie 22 months after Kyle was born, she now 4 years old in which she was born in July. We thought she was our last and then SURPISE! We had another baby girl in June almost 3 years after Mckenzie which we named Julieann. She is currently 19 months old. All of our children are 22 months apart from each other except for the 2 girls who are almost 3 years difference. So we have 2 boys 2 girls. proud of where we are but have worked hard to get here. We took in and raised Corey's sister for a year, her being 15 and us 20 and 21 years old. Then after that we raised her child whom had a heart defect as well as other medical problems for 6 months when her mother had her taken away at birth by Department of Children and Families. Now theres a challenge! My husband was in a severe motorcycle accident on May 24th 2007 in which was almost fatal. He has come along way to learning how to walk again and being able to do daily activites. God has really blessed us in every way possible and i send my thanks to Him.
Workplace
I've been employed everywhere from Lake Lanier Islands to computer companies. I am looking to get my license to do hair in FLA since my appericentship won't transfer from GA. I would like to one day open my own salon.
