Elizabeth's Story
Life
I don't know that my "life bio" is all that interesting, but here you go...after high school I went to Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, where I majored in Bible/Theology. I kept in close touch with my best friends, Sandi (Taylor) Black, Vickie (Brusseau) Richardson and Karen (Bowyer) Wells. I also developed friendships that have proven to be life-long with MaryAnn, Patty & three more Sandys :-).
After graduation I moved to a suburb of Chicago and started working as a receptionist, along with leading the Jr. High Girls club at my church. Through one of my 12 year old girls I met my husband, Larry, and we were married in January of 1978. We had our first daughter that same year, she's named Sandi, after Sandi Black. We then joined the Navy and were stationed in San Diego, CA for the next 5 years!
During our time in San Diego we had two more children, our son Justin, and our youngest daughter, Jessie. I was a stay-at-home mom doing craft work for "Granny's Kitchen" to add a bit to our military income.

hird party administrator, while Larry began his civilian career as a computer specialist.
In 1992 we moved to Ann Arbor, MI. It was pretty rough for the kids because it was during that time in life where everything starts being about peer pressure. Thank God we ALL survived! Larry and I both started working at Chelsea Community Hospital, Larry in their computer department, and I was a medical biller and pharmacy technician.
Larry now works at the University of Michigan, in the Medical School computer department. I'm working as a project manager for our friends who just opened their fourth pharmacy. Sandi is a Sr. Teller at a national bank chain and has Ben. Justin cooks at a four star restaurant in Ann Arbor and is currently unattached. Jessie has Lee and our granddaughter, Trinity. They are currently in the Air Force, serving in England, but will head to a new duty station here in the states this August.
Over the years I have learned to love watching NASCAR and football :-). My favorite drivers are Mikey Waltrip, Jimmie Johnson, and Dale Jr. I also love diet Pepsi slurpees, which Larry just came in the door with!! Be well, everyone!
