Bill's Story
Life
I felt at a young age I was misunderstood. I always knew I was a good person and had a lot to offer. I let my temper get the better of me, it hampered my ability to adjust and fit in with others. Knowing that helped me strive to find someone special. After I graduated I set out to find that person. I left a abusive home and went into the service.
I was lonely and asked God to help me find my someone out there. As you see by the pictures, it shows my beautiful wife that God led me to find. We are still together today. God blessed us with 3 of the most beautiful, kindest, and loving children that I could ever want. I have a 27 year old daughter and 24 year old twins( 10 weeks early). I met my wife while in the service after I became disabled which caused me to be medically retired from the service.
Ive owned 7 homes, made wise investments, went to college, and attended a small gas engine technician course. I graduated with honors and was told by my instructor that I would make a good teacher. While in school, my wife attended Nursing School.We lived in Florida.
After graduating, due to the crime and violence in Florida, and not being a good area to raise children, we threw down the atlas, closed our eyes and pointed to Arkansas. We found a community outside of Little Rock that I felt would be a good place to raise kids.
I am so glad that God led us there. It gave our children the chance to plant thier feet firm and choose a direction.
My oldest works for the Red Cross and married a local boy who attended UALR and was rated 4th in the state on IQ. He's the photographer for the local news station. He edits and produces. His father is a Detective in town.
My 24 year old daughter graduated High school and attended the local college for computers.My 24 yr old son works and went 5 years playing football for Junior High and High School. never been done in the state of AR by a 5A team.Thier record was 38-4! He also won the Lewis Smith Inspirational Award for the most inspirational player on the team Senior Year!(held NFL's Jax Jaguars-Matt Jones to 69 yards in the play offs). I instilled in my children the 3 D's.For those that don't know, its DRIVE-DETERMINATION-DESIRE! And having the Lord in your Heart.
My son wanted to do a hobby together to stay close, so we started fixing up old cars together. He has a 70 Chevy Nova SS with a 383 Stroker VS my 63 Ford Falcon Futura Sports Coupe with the original 260 slightly built! We go to car shows and win trophies.We enjoy driving around town getting stopped by everyone even cops pull us over just to look at our cars! I also like going to the casinos! My pets include a Miniature Chihuahua named Pugs and two Fawn Colored Pit Bulls, Trouble(female) and Disaster(male). They produced rare Albino pups.Due to the Bad Rap these dogs get I had the female fixed and I don't breed them anymore.
My wife has gone on in Nursing and works as a heart nurse. We also have Internet Busnesses.I'm proud to be a part of her family. As a child my wife grew up 2 blocks from Lee Majors(Bionic Man),Next Door to Darryl Waltrip(Race Car Driver),her oldest Brother played in the Movie STEEL and has his own Marcial Arts school , trained by one of Bruce Lees Students and is friends with Chuck Norris. Youngest Brother worked for Madonna and is in the tryouts for the show Grays Anatomy.2 great older sisters and Brother-In-Laws! All have much respect for me as a person and think I am one heck of a guy! Her Mom TOO!
My 2500 square foot home sits on 3 1/2 acres and has a beautiful Dancing porch! See our pics of the Homefront!It has a wet creek through the property.I am thankful to the Lord for how my life has turned out. I would only change one thing..My cowardly brother and parents. I feel at peace with myself. Hope everyone elses lives have been happy!Maybe we can see each other in the future
