Laurie's Story
I went to four different high schools, but Escalon was my first, and it's where my happiest high school memories are. I went to El Portal Middle School for four years, and I recognize lots of names on this site :). After high school I moved to Southern California near Palm Springs. a high school English teacher. I am currently finishing my master's degree in educational administration. I still live in Southern California after twenty years, and I love it. My family and I like to go out to Glamis and camp and ride quads, and we also enjoy taking in Charger games or Padre games in San Diego. We've traveled a little bit; when we get a chance we like to snorkel and scuba dive.
