Tricia's Story
Life
What have I been up to since 1979?
Full time missionary in early 20's, then Army in the late 20's.
In my 30's I stayed around VA, living in Richmond, Lynchburg and Charlottesville.
Now, I live in Newport BEach CA. I work for a group of doctors as a Physician Consultant.
After appearing on the Dr PHil show in May 2008, I caught a lucky break and have a publisher. My first book; The Blowfish and Other Men of the Sea will be out August 2008!
I love film work which is one of the reasons for moving to Cali. I have been working on independent films pre-production, casting calls, etc. I want to learn editing and special effects.
I am enjoying visiting shows in LA, my favorite to visit is The Late Late...Expand for more
Show with Craig Ferguson.There is a lot to do in Cali and people are varied.
I live in Newport Beach which is part of the OC and yes, people can be as shallow and plastic as you see on such shows as "REal Women of the OC" but not me.
I try to show some balance with my part redneck ways :)
I embrace both my redneck/VA ways and my Mums British ways.
I am easy going (perhaps because I never married...just kidding) and I love the weather here in CALI. I miss the snow and the changing seasons but suck it up as the breeze flows through the home in the winter and I dont have to wear a coat.
Cali is lovely and if you ever want to visit, give me a shout! I will make room for you!
