Life
Hey everyone! I wish I could say that I've kept up with all of my old buddies, but sadly I can't. I do talk to a few of my closest friends, and that has been nice. I would really like to see more people!
I was in a horrible car accident in January of 1997. The guy who hit me was absolutely wasted. Things were rough for a while. I was injured pretty badly and spent over two weeks in ICU. I was actually in a wheel chair for several months, and because of the accident I missed a whole semester of school. I finally graduated in May of 2000 with a BA in English. I got married in July of 2000 and moved to Houghton in the upper peninsula. We lived there while my husband was ...Expand for more
finishing his master's thesis. When he finished grad school, we moved to the little town of Elko, NV. It was very small and isolated! The closest big city was Salt Lake City, UT, and that was 3 1/2 hours away. It kind of sucked! This past May, we finally moved back to civilization. We now live in Reno, NV, which is much better. I have two beautiful children. My son, Jonathan, is almost 3, and my daughter Kaitlynn is 11 months. I'm not working outside of the home, because, of course, my children take a lot of time. I love being a mom though, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I hope you are all doing well, and I look forward to hopefully seeing you at the reunion in December!
