I am retired, along with my wife, and we are living in Cochran, Georgia where we have lived for the past 40 years. Brenda and I met while we were both students at Berry College. We got married the night before I graduated in 1964. We have two sons and both of them returned to Rome and graduated from Berry College also. Both sons are married and Brenda and I have one granddaughter and one grandson.

I graduated from High School in Dublin, Georgia from Dublin High School. In June of 2008, if I'm still living, we will celebrate the 50TH Anniversary of my high school graduation. I feel very lucky that I have lived this long.

Military
As the Viet Nam war was going hot and heavy in 1964 when I graduated from college, the Army was not drafting married men so I was so very lucky to have avoided service during that period of time in our history
