Robin's Story
Life
After CBHS I went to RCC for 2 years and obtained my associates degree then transferred to Mary Washington and obtained by Bachelors in English. Kevin ("Hippie") and I dated throughout college but opted to end things there; we're very lucky though and have remained good friends since and email/talk on the phone now and again to this day. I took a job at GEICO as a temp thing but now I've been there nearly 7 years and while its not the "dream job" I had always wanted, it pays the bills. In April 2004 I met my husbad Dave at a Karaoke Bar and we hit it off, though I refused his advances for a while, we ended up dated for over a year before we were married on July 2, 2005 on the sand...Expand for more
in Berkeley Beach right here in Oak Grove. It was beautiful, a friend sang "From This Moment" and her husband played the guitar as my dad walked me down the beach to meet Dave. Mr. Chatham (our old biology teacher) officiated the ceremony and my sister Chrissy was my Maid of Honor while Pam Hayter (OF COURSE) was my Bridesmaid. On September 8, 2007 we were blessed with the arrival of our beautiful little daughter who is just the life of the party and is going to make us really work by the time she's a teen. She's very tall for her age (already fitting into 18 mos clothes at 11 mos old only due to her height), she has strawberry blond hair and piercing blue eyes. Yep, we're in trouble.
