Robin's Story
Life
I have lived all over the states and in Europe.Currently I'm living in Knoxville,Tennessee. I love it here! I feel it's what Colorado Springs used to be like in the 70's before the rest of AMERICA discovered it.There are 4 other 1978 graduates living here as well. I'm always shocked everytime I run in to one of them in a store. Not as much snow here but as I get older THAT IS A GOOD THING! I'm married and I have two wonderful High School aged girls. idge. The Oak Ridge National Laboratory is just down the street . I educate nuclear physicists and people from rural appalachia who don't read or write. We never know what is walking through the door next. After numerous years in the Neonatal units and ICU's, I think teaching is where I was meant to be. Hard to believe I've been out of nursing school 30 years. Where did the time go.
We went back to Colorado Springs last summer and it hadn;t changed much. Just getting more congested. I still wonder when the drive from Denver to C.Springs will all be connected by homes. I love that drive. It brings back many memories.
