Shane's Story
Life
Who's there? Oh, just you. So you want to read my bio do you? Are you REALLY that bored? C'mon, seriously. Do you even know who I am? If you do, then I'll be happy to tell you whatever you'd like to know. Just send me an email at sbcglobal. net. The email address? It's my name. No underscores or periods or middle initials. Just run my first name into my last name and voila! Oh yeah, of course you have to put the At symbol after my name and then the whole...well, you know. : ) I'm trying not to buy into the whole "gold" thing again. I got what I was looking for (mmmm, kind of) last time and don't, necessarily, really want to go "gold" again. I've seen that a couple of people have signed my guest book, but I can't see who they were because I'm not gold. Dirty rats at Classmates.com. I'll bet that's THEIR email address! Well, if you know me and would like to hear from me, then, by all means, send me a message. I'd love to chat! Hey, I took Tickle.com's IQ test that was advertised on classmates and check this out:

Your Intellectual Type is Visionary Philosopher. This means you are highly intelligent and have a powerful mix of skills and insight that can be applied in a variety of different ways. Like Plato, your exceptional math and verbal skills make you very adept at explaining things to others  and at anticipating and predicting patterns. And that's just some of what we know about you from your IQ results.
No big news to me. Mensa (the high IQ club) wanted me to join them after I took their test when I was about 21. That's ancient history. They didn't compare me to Plato though. Big faux pas on their part. I would have thrown them the $250 and bought all of them lunch! It's not news to the guys who knew me well either. Corey Buck (class of 87) would agree with their assessment wholeheartedly. It was fun though. Take it if you've got the time. Average American IQ is 100, so don't sweat it. If you went to Reed, odds are you're slightly higher than average! Especially when compared with the moro...ummm, those nice people who attended Wooster and Reno High (did you know that Dawn Wells, Marianne from Gilligan's Island, attended Reno High? Just FYI.).
