Gayle's Story
Life
My life has been interesting. After leaving Stockton, I followed my parents to Missouri. I was a waitress and then moved on to my mother's dream for me. I became a clerk typist at Nevada State School and Hospital. My mother told me if I could tye, I'd always have a job. She told me that about waitressing as well. It was true. My oldest son was born in Missouri and then I moved to Kansas where I stayed for a long time and had two sons. We all went off to college when the youngest was about 8. ided to follow a dancer to Texas. While at it, I figured I'd better do something constructive, so I went to Graduate School. I began working in the counseling field and got experience in gerontology and chemical dependency. There was dancing, and work, and meeting friends, and stress and job loss and sales and then I moved back to Kansas to be near family. I found I missed Texas miserably and returned. This time here has been excellent. I have bought a condo, have a good job (a lot stressful) and I have friends. I have a Beta. It makes a good pet.
