Maria's Story

My high school sweethart from Notre Dame and I have been married 24 years now. Our two boys are both in college, U of M third year and CMU second year. They have been a gift from God. Both are a blessing. In Feb, 2008 we lost my sister (Another Dominican graduate from 1977) Marirose. She had a brain tumor grade 4 GBM inoperable,...Expand for more
large and very aggressive. We had 9 months with her. It was the most difficult thing our family has endured. Today, August 23 is 6 months since her death. Time is starting to heal the open wound in our heart from losing our sister, my best friend. Hope you and your families are all doing well and that you will drop me a note.
