Alexis's Story
Hello everyone! For those of you who don't know, I live in Richmond, Kentucky. I have been living here for the past 18 years. My husband is Doug Blackburn who I met while attending college at Berea College, Berea Kentucky. I majored in Business Administration and stayed home with our two boys, Dane and Kent for about 15 years. Dane is 27 and Kent is 24. They are awesome young men and we are very proud of them. l in Richmond, Kentucky where both our boys attended high school. I have been there 7 years. I coached the girl's soccer team there for 6 years and I coached both our boys from 4 year olds to about 15. I am now retired from coaching, maybe when we have grandkids I will return. God has blessed us in many ways. But our two biggest blessings have been Dane and Kent. Doug and I have been married 32 years!!! Hard to believe we were all just teenagers not so long ago, right?
