Sally's Story
After completing my B.A. in English and Music at Trinity Western University in Langley, BC, I moved to Nashville, where I pursued a music career, first as a backup singer for Marie Osmond, and later Tom T. Hall. With my own band, Sally & the Sidewinders, I toured for many years and released 2 solo cds, and contributed to several other recording projects and studio sessions. hile, for my M.A. in English, before relocating back to Alberta to be near my family. My husband and daughter and I moved to Aberdeen, Scotland for my PhD, and I've been teaching English literature at Grande Prairie Regional College for several years, so happy to be back in Northern Alberta, near my lovely family farm, but still travelling as much as possible, and touring now and then with my husband and his Nashville band.
