Bennie's Story
I did not graduate from Nurnberg High School I attended there for 2 years and got out at the end of the 11th grade and went to work in the civilian world while we were stationed there. We were stationed at Herzo Base and I had alot of good friends and alot of goodtimes there. I was just curious to see if I could catch up with some of my old friends and see whats going on with them after 28 years. I always wanted to be a Football player or work in law enforcement or be in a band when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was an unrealistic idea. As it turns out, they were right. Now I watch football and basketball on tv and play Fantasy Football/Basketball Sports on the computer (MY WIFE HATES IT) and listen to music on the stereo. The wildest thing I did in school at Nurnburg was when I hit the teacher with the water balloon and John Ricker and Todd Bacheldor almost did'nt get to graduate at the end of the year because they did'nt want to rat me...Expand for more
out. I finally did the right thing and ended up getting suspended for 3 days issued out by Dr. Delsanto. Since leaving Germany my family and I came back to Texas then I join the service and spent another four years in Germany in Illesheim. Then return back to Texas finished my service time and then became an over the road truck driver. Traveled 48 states & Canada and I have done that since 1990 to present 19 years. I have been married 2 times I have 2 kids by my first wife and a step daughter which came into my life with my second wife. My son Justin is 18 and graduates high school this year 2009, my daughter Morgan will turn 16 in March 2009 and my step daughter Arianna turned 16 this past August 2008. It's kind of crazy but everything your parents were trying to teach you when you were young all comes into play later in life. My biggest surprise in life, I finally got gray hair like those teachers I had in school, I thought it would never happen.
