Laura's Story
After high school, I went to SUNY Alfred for Nursing. There I met Larry Mohr and we married in 1972, after I graduated. However, Larry passed away in 2008 after an unsuccessful battle with Leukemia. We had two beautiful daughters, Jaime-Lyn and Ashley, who have grown up to be wonderful young women.

ave given me two grandchildren...Connor (5) and Madelyn (2), and second grandson is arriving this May (2017). Ashley had moved from LA to Atlanta and I expected to see her more often, however she moved back to LA in July 2016. Although they all live in LA, I do get to see them at least twice a year. Retirement has its benefits!
