Nick's Story

Life I just turned 29 on July 9th. I have 4 kids, ages 5, 2, 1, 3 months. The oldest is a girl, theirs names from oldest to youngest is Celeste, Damian, Dominique, and Dezmond. I currently live in St. George and have been down here for 3 years straight now. A little on my history starting from 96. I moved from Wendover to Heber. I attended Wasatch High School my senior year. I ran Cross Country and helped the team take state. I then ran track and place 3rd at state running the 800 m run in 1:59.84. In 98 I went on a mission to Massachusetts. It was incredible and I wasn't sure I wanted to go but it changed my life and outlook on things. I got back in april of 2000. I became an assitant manager at Factory Brand Shoes in Park City. I then transferred to St. George and after 3 months attended a Semester at Dixie State while landscaping at a desert community outside of St. George called Kayenta. I realized real quick why I didn't like school when I went to college plus I didn't have the patience to take general education when I wanted my business degree so I didn't go back. I then got into car sales and met my wife which is another story in itself how we met. I sold for 3 months in St. George but because of 911 it slowed down alot and it was hard for a new salesman to stay at a dealership. So we moved to Orem. I sold cars for Brent Brown Toyota for almost 2 years and decided that the industry wasn't for me. I love cars and always have but didn't like putting people further in debt and having my family taken advantage of a couple times so I got out. Right before I left I found a company called Primerica which is part of Citigroup. I found wh...Expand for more
at I wanted to do for the rest of my life when I saw it and what they do for people and how much money you can make. So I did it part time while doing phone sales for 6 months. I finally passed my life insurance exam after 3 tries and 5 months, so I started trying to do it full time but didn't get trained good so eventually we moved to St. George in 2004 to get trained by a guy called Brandon Neil. Who is my same age. While we were in Orem we had our first child then got pregnant just before we moved back to St. George. I started working at a job and working with Primerica part time. We learned how work the business much better and each year we have been here we have had a new baby so its been crazy. Well between all of that and going through struggles and alot of stuff that some day i'll talk about when i'm financially independent. Through it all we are nearly ready to be full time. Probably by the end of the year we will be. We are currently tracking to make 100,000 in the next 12 months just kidding I am a big fat loser. I don't say that to brag or anything it's just to let you know the kind of opportunity it is and to let you know it is available to any of you who would be interested and you wouldn't have to move from where you are currently living. Anyway that is my history over the last 10 years. My wife and I are heading into our 6th year of marriage on November 23rd and I am ready for someone new. We are planning to have one more child and crossing our fingers that it's a girl but we are going to get two years between them this time hopefully. I'd be happy to hear from any of you and if your ever in ST. George look me up. 801 318 4169
