Elise's Story
Elise is Handfasted/ Married most blissfully to Ron Valente. Her schools include Ursuline Academy. She later attended O.W.U. , M.U. , X.U. and studied Theatre Arts, Film, Irish Literature, Irish Cultural Studies, Past Present and Future, History,Rennaisance. She works and promotes Kindness to all and at Nature and my Writing/ Creative Muse,. Breeder of very rare breed dogs, Silken Windhounds of which there are currently 13 in their home along with two beautiful Borzoi (Russian Wolfhounds.) Lauren Williams Kellum (class of 2000) my daughter, lives in Cincinnati with her husband Kyle and two adorable grandchildren, Evie, age 13 and Henry 10. Elise has fostered a fox with whom she has a special affinity . We also had a lovely litter of six Silken Windhound puppies March 20th, 2019 and it was so hard to let these "Sweeties" go to their "forever homes." In February 2014, a trip to Ireland, Co. Kerry and the Dingle Peninsula was made to find a home there and to enjoy all the wondrous things which Ireland shares with those who set foot there. We returned again in October for 3 weeks and finally found the perfect place for our home and the new kennels. We can't wait to bring the First Ever Silken Windhounds to Ireland. There are a good number of other European Silken Windhound breeders who are excited to add some of our bloodlines to their future litters. The home has a nice, sunny guest room so please visit. We are only a mile from the Atlantic Ocean and Killarney National Park is almost our backyard. The house is in County Kerry and is the most temperate part of Ireland so even in the winter the daytime temperatures are in the 50s and in the summer the high temperatures are in the mid 70s.
