Well, spring was sweet, but summer has been Âsucky,Â.... I meant Âsmokey. <sarcastic grin> With between 15 to 30 fires a blaze at any one time, itÂs kept many of us sequestered to avoid upper respiratory hazardsÂ
now, and this winter. (And for all who are getting nailed with the Aug. mid-west floodingÂ
my heart goes out to you!)

the most recent good news is that I can once again begin to join the ranks of the Âseeing, as I just completed two cataract surgeries (one for each eye). AND, I am sooooo grateful!!! ItÂs like getting the windshield washed after 4-wheeling in the mud...Expand for more

Speaking of Lovell, I hope to be heading down there shortly to the Big Horn Medicine Wheel. Ever been there??? Built many, many thousands of years agoÂ
almost 10 thousand ft. elevation at the top of a bald rocky mountainÂ
lightning is probable, not just possible. I go up with a group from BozemanÂ
kind of a spiritual quest, rejuvenation type experience. Usually there are spectacular meteor showers, as well.
