Angie's Story

Life Somehow I'm suppose to sum up my life in 4,000 characters or less.... alrighty then!! Where to begin - I'm in my 30s, had 2 disasterous rides on what I call the Marriage Rollercoaster... however, I did manage to get 2 most-of-time wonderful kidlets while on those rides. I currently live in Michigan - metro Detroit area with both kidlets & my boyfriend of over 4 years (though he swears it feels it's been much longer-LOL) I work full time as an administrative assistant for a major medical insurance and hold an an officer position on the PTA committee for my youngest's school. The kidlets keep us busy with their various activities and friends. My lil drama queen is in gymnastics and will start cheerleading this year. Lil Man, who really isn't so lil anymore at 6', is in high school (ack!). And with first girlfriends and getting ready to learn to drive, I'm preparing myself to have several heart attacks! I've been found by old friends and it's always nice to find out you meant something to someone, even when you don't realize it at the time! School I attended 9 schools while growing up... thanks to having to move every 3 years, it wasn't so easy to make lasting friendships. Some managed though! :) I'd love to hear from anyone who remembers me! Military I grew up a Navy brat... we were stationed in Key West, FL & Albany, GA ... but lived in Jacksonville, FL & Millington (Memphis), TN mostly. My first husband joined the military when he graduated from high school and we lived at Ft Gordon, GA. We were then stationed at Ft Carson, CO. While there, we divorced and I later married another soldier. I moved to Michigan while he was stationed in Kuwait. We were then stationed in Ft. Lewis, WA. He got out of the Army while living there and we eventually ended up in Michigan, which is his home state.
