Linda Iglehart:  

Life After Gables I went to Dade Jr. College and then U of Florida in Gainesville, graduating in '72. I studied Fine Arts and Education. I taught high school art at Key West High School. Came back to Miami in '74 where I became a vegetarian and worked as a natural foods baker at the Spiral Restaurant. In '76 I moved to Boston and began studying Macrobiotics and learning about natural health care and meditation. I married Tom Iglehart in '79 and have remained in the Boston area since then. I have one daughter who is now 24 and is in a Masters program at Colombia University in New York studying film directing. I am working in the Interior Design field and enjoy my work immensely. I am now separated and still living in Boston. I get down to Miami around once a year usually in Feb/March to enjoy the weather. I enjoy visiting Florida, especially the beach. I love to go to Key Biscayne (where I grew up) and walk the beaches, drive down Old Cutler Road and enjoy the sun.
