Jane's Story
Life
I retired from teaching and am now enjoying time to travel, read, meet friends for coffee and enjoy the wonderful weather we continue to have. I have been in touch with several friends with whom I am becoming reaquainted. My daughter, Pamela has returned to the University of Toronto and is weeks away from defending her thesis and achieving a PhD in developmental psychology and education. We are so proud of her. My son, Jamie, and his wife, Sonya, live and work in Kitchener-Waterloo Waterloo and have two perfect children. Cami is three and Connor just turned one. Being a grandmoth...Expand for more
er is wonderful. I would love to hear from any friends from New Toronto/Mimico. Love retirement and have no idea how I ever had time to work. I continue to use any excuse to have friends over for a get-together and love to have my home filled with people and laughter. I have been living in Port Colborne, Ontario for the past 36 years but still enjoy getting up to the city which still, after all of these years, feels like home. My minature schnauzer, Farley, keeps me company and has been terribly spoiled by the whole family. Hope everyone I knew/know is doing well and enjoying life.
