Victoria's Story
I spent ten years as an electrical engineer at NASA. Got married in 1995 to a fellow NASA engineer. When our first child was born, I resigned from NASA to stay at home. son in 2002. I've just finished a Master's degree in Public Management from the University of Maryland's School of Public Policy. I now work for Montgomery County (one of the local jurisdictions in the DC area), working in performance management and operations analysis. I've lived in the Washington, D.C. area full-time since 1993.
