Karla's Story
Life
My family and I live in the city limits of Chickamauga. We also own another house and property in Walker County. We have a dog named Katie. We have 2 horses. One horse is a Sorrel and White Paint named One Sock. The other horse is a bay named Cash Money. Cash Money is a team roping horse. He has competed in many rodeo's. We don't compete with him anymore. My husband works full time for the Shaw SI Plant in Chickamauga. I stay at home most of the time when I am not out volunteering in the community. I also help babysit my sisters children. hat for the last 3 years. I am currently Co-Chair for the American Cancer Society Relay For LIfe and am also a member of the ACS CAN program. Its a program through the American Cancer Society Cancer Advocacy Network. We work with local, state and federal lawmakers to make sure that cancer patients and cancer survivors get the help, treatment, and support they need through government on all levels. I guess you could say that I am a very busy lady. I wouldn't change a thing.
Workplace
I currently own my own business. I also host 2 tv shows on our local tv station. I am currently Co-Chair for the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life in Walker County.
