Gwen's Story
Hi!
I've had so much the last 30 years, I can't began to
tell all. Lot's of changes. Not only what the normal
30 does to us physically HA! I have grown in so
many ways. I probably don't even realize myself.
I live in Elkmont , in the community of Hays Mill. I'm
real close to my roots. Presently, that's good for me
as I have lost so much of my family. Currently my
younger brother Mike Wise, who lost his battle with
Colon Cancer. I pray to grow as spiritual as he was.
He was a FINE christian. He gave us strength in his
final days.
I am divorced but we have a very good relationship,
we have gone over and threased out the problems

what I thought would never happen. We
are still working on it.
I have a son Cody who is 17 and a senior.
I work for General Electric in Decatur. I have been
there for 18 1/2 years. Hopefully, in 7 more years I
will be able to retire.. The way the economy and our
working situation is, the last 2 years, I am bothered .
But we have no controil over tomorrow, and I have
to put my trust in the Lord.
UPDATE!!! Stan and I remarried in July, 2009. We have had a good life since.
Stan retired in 2009, and I retired in 2012. We both retired from General Electric.
We lost our Cody February 22, 2022. It has been devastating to say the least. I am still in unbelief.
