Life I am still living in good ol' J-ville. I am thirty-eight and that is hard for me to confess.lol!!! I don't feel as old as that sounds "38"- yuck!!! Anyway, I am married and a mother of 3 fantastic boys: Derrick, 17; Daniel, 16; and Andrew (Drew), 13. The boys have grown up so quick. . . I can't believe how fast time's went. They make me feel old and keep me young at the same time, if that makes any sense. I work at Macy's in Honey Creek Mall. I am the sales manager of cosmetics, intimates, and children's. I have been there for 11 yrs and probably will stay there 'til they kick me out!lol!!! I work alot of hours and I feel guilty alot for that. I know my kids will be grown and gone before long. But being a perfectionist (about my work) and being salary is not a good combo. I still love to draw, paint and create. It is the way that I try to deal with the stress in my life. I wish that I would have went to school for graphic design or something. I know now that it would have been good for me. I lost my father five years ago to cancer. Things just do not seem the same without him. I wrote a poem about him and it has been published in the U.S. and the United Kingdom. I am happy that it is out there for others to read.
