Mary Carol's Story
Hi everyone!
You may remember me as "Fitzy". (now called mcartistgmail) I was a wild yet sentimental chick back in the day. I loved to dance, sing, and spend a LOT of time with my girlfriends and "the guys" -- mostly the good old St. Joe guys. Remember? Who could forget them.
Anyway, I now reside in the Heights(East side) and am presently single.
I spend my time writing, creating art, doing computer research for myself and others; being lazy as hell when I want to; and all while working to maintain this house of mine, yet having no skills in this area (as can be proven in my many failed attempts)
I just guess at what needs to be done to fix a problem, cross my fingers, then do my best. At least this old homestead is still standing!
I'm generally chill and looking for companionship on many levels... with women and men having similar perspectives to my own - or not, as long as I am not being pushed to ascribe to anybody else's tenets and beliefs.
I am an Unbeliever - not the same as as an agnostic nor an atheist. I generally do not see the point in debating the truth of anything without there being any empirical knowledge to back it up.

been, done, and have seen a lot of things in my life -- I regret little.
Married & divorce twice (with a few "live-ins" in between.)
Love is the most important thing to me.
I don't throw that out there as a catch phrase. It is my truth - the basis of my inherent essence in all things.
I hate only one thing - hate.
As for the "haters", I don't hate them, I just want to avoid them and will do so at every turn.
I am still filled with wonder at the most simple of things. A bit of the Flower Child seems to have remained within me.
I'd love to hear (thru my personal email) from some of my old classmates and our corresponding 1964-1968 St Joe duds.(especially if you still love to laugh despite the state of our crazy plant).
So, throw some words at me and make me smile.
Hope the World is treating you like it does everyone because all the crap we're hit with and are compelled to climb out of, only proves that, if forced, one can overcome almost anything.
It may take it's toll, but in the end you're left with the knowledge that you have triumphed after having hit bottom.
Now that's what I call success!
