Kathy's Story
Still living in Louisiana! I moved to Farmerville after getting married and we built our dream home on a hill in the woods. We're just minutes from the lake and love the small town life.
College
Graduated from Northeast Louisiana University in 1994 with a BSN (nursing). Right now I'm working on my master's degree in women's health and will graduate October 2008 with a Women's Health Nurse Practicioner and Certified Nurse Midwife degrees. Yep, I'll be delivering babies.. but not a home birth midwife. Will be working at St Francis Medical Center.

y Nurse for past 13 years. Will graduate with Master's in women's health October 2008 and work as advanced practice nurse in my own clinic providing women's health care, prenatal care, and baby delivery services.
Family
Married to my senior year sweetheart Casey Kennedy for 16 years. We have 5 kids (yep, I know where babies come from)! Cody (13), Savannah (10), Caroline (9), Karsen (5), and Kaleb (3). We love to go camping and tubing at Lake Claiborne. Everyone in my family is a hunter and I have plenty of deer, rabbit, and duck in the freezer. What free time I have left, I spend at the dance studio, or ballpark.
