Tamara's Story
Life:
I can't report that I'm famous or stinkin', filthy rich. However, I can say that I have made good choices in my life and have found peace at this age.
After leaving Sheepshead, I completed a year at SUNY Old Westbury and then moved to South Florida; Fort Lauderdale to be specific. While in Florida: I worked a series of entry level jobs; graduated from college (finally); met my husband; gave birth to a beautiful baby girl (Nur); and entered the teaching profession (9th grade Language Arts).
Now life finds me in St. Louis, MO with my family. My husband's job ca...Expand for more
used us to relocate, and I was happy to leave S. Florida in search of new horizons. I am older now and realize that family and friends are important supports in life. Who knows what Allah has in store for us in St. Louis, but I have come to cherish the most important things in life: my family and dear friends.
Nuff love to all those who have fond memories of me. For those whom I may have hurt by being a naive & confused teenager, I APOLOGIZE. Please don't call me on one of those talk shows to embarr-ass me by saying: "How ya' like me now!" because I won't show up.
