Life
Hi! Married a high school sweetheart (not the first one but the second one) and will celebrate 40 years of marriage next year. Life has been good to us until the last few years when my Dad was diagnosed with Alzheimers and my husband, Ron, with Parkinson's. But we have a beatiful grandson named Nate from son David and his wife Leslie. One of the twins, Brian, will marry a wonderful girl named Erin next June. The other twin is still available and enjoys being single and an uncle. Everyone says he looks like Matt Damon! My mom and dad, Thelma and Wally, are still with us and in a retirement community. We had a beautiful home in Naples, FL but sold it at the height of the housing boom because it was just too much for us...Expand for more
to handle, only being there 5-6 months a year and that was too long to be away from Nate!
We are all meeting in St. Louis for a family reunion at Thanksgiving as my Dad is failing day by day. Have a great holiday everyone. JAN P.S. We have enjoyed spending time with our boys off-roading in our jeeps and racing my son's BMW. Ron is still a corvette enthusiast and has added all kinds of extras to his "baby" candy apple red convertible! Borla exhaust and extra horse power. We now live out further from the city here and the windy roads are his greatest delight. Since our son David and his wife are the only ones who went to KU, we will have WAR this Sat. when Mizzou plays KU as the rest of the family are graduates of MISSOURI!
