Life
Loads of college - just loved it. Plattsburgh State Teacher's College just out of High School for 1 year - major: Home Economics. No, it wasn't going to do it. Dental Hygiene at Hudson Valley Community College - liked the study but not the work. Russell Sage for one year of English. What will I do with it??? Eileen Hedley, friend, suggested we go to CA and finish college. Did. BA in Speech Pathology and danced for fun. MA in Communication and still dancing. 1. Tough. One daughter, Shana, with whom I am very close. Parents retired to CA and lived near by. Sister moved to CA and raised her family near by. Servived raising teen through college - same as Mom - first ASU BS in Communication then FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising) in LA and a stint at Beverly Hills Playhouse. Finally she got a real job, relieving Mom a lot. Now she is 35 and doing well. I am remarried and happy. Free to travel and enjoy life. I will enjoy hearing from all whom I so fondly remember. Joan
