Hi!!! I am an RNC work in a kidney/liver transplant unit and also do Master Precepting-teaching all of the new hires throughout the hospital. It is a very interesting job=so many times they do not listen to a word you have said!!! Sound familiar?
I have uterine cancer and have just finished chemotherapy and external and internal radiation therapy. I made a darn good looking bald women. I no longer worry about the hair.
I am thinking about retiring soon.I was eligible last year, but with the canc...Expand for more
er I never got around to it. I have been in the nursing profession since 1970 and went back for my RN shortly after. It has been a very rewarding career,but I think it is time to let the younger ones take over.
I have one of the best relationships possible. Bill and I have been together for 20 years. He stood by me throughout my cancer treatments, went to all of my treatments with me. Gave me the encouragement that I needed. Kicked butt when I needed that too.I am so lucky. He is one in a million.
